About Little Airplane Productions
Little Airplane Productions, Inc. specializes in quality film and television programming for children. Their original Web site was done entirely in Flash and they wanted to break out of that format and have more interactive site for their visitors. When Little Airplane Productions made the decision to turn their Flash site to an HTML site, they turned to the expert designers at FireThread Studios to make the transformation. FireThread took the existing content on their Flash site and transitioned it into HTML code and also implemented the FireThread Content Management system into their new site. With FireThread Content Management in place, Little Airplane can now go into their administrative panel and effortlessly make changes to the copy and images on their site, something they would not have been able to do if the site remained in the all Flash layout. With this measure of control, Little Airplane can now focus areas of their site on the shows they produce such as "Oobi!" and "The Wonder Pets", highlight special news and features and also add new people to their ever-growing list of animators and producers. The new Little Airplane Productions Web site launched in July 2008.
